What is Greenpeace?
Greenpeace is a not-for-profit campaigning organization that uses
peaceful direct action, political lobbying, scientific research
and market pressure to expose global problems. Greenpeace also researches
solutions and alternatives that are essential to a green and peaceful
future.
Your role as a Public Outreach
Fundraiser
The primary function of the Public Outreach Fundraising Campaigner
is to approach members of the public, on the street, to ask them
to support Greenpeace through a monthly giving program; donors can
give to Greenpeace using cheques, Master Card or Visa; we do not
accept cash donations. Fundraising Campaigners are required to average
a minimum standard of $16.22 in monthly donations per day, averaged
over a two-week period.

the Environment

be given regular campaign briefings. You are responsible for your
own level of knowledge, however the more you know the more capable
you are to answer questions on the street.

have an anti-harassment, anti-discrimination policy in place that
